Instrument Design
Very often the available instruments don't meet the needs of my experiments. What do I do? Let the problems stand in the way? No, I design my own instruments. Fortunately there are two excellent and finest machinist in our department's machine shop. Most of my designs turned from drawings to real stuff in their hands. To be honest, I enjoy it very much!
